Services & Operations
Most clients are fully onboarded and operational within 48 hours on our Growth plan. Starter plan onboarding takes 5–7 business days. After your discovery call, we'll send you a custom proposal within 24 hours. Once you sign, we begin immediately — no waiting weeks to get started.
No long-term contracts required. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel, upgrade, or downgrade at any time with 30 days' notice. We believe in earning your business every month through results, not locking you in with contracts.
Our VAs are college-educated professionals with 2–8 years of relevant experience, trained specifically on U.S. business culture, communication standards, and industry-specific tools. They go through a rigorous 4-week internal training program before placement and receive ongoing coaching from our QA team. All work is done during your business hours in your time zone.

Quality is enforced at every layer. Each VA has a dedicated supervisor who monitors output and provides weekly coaching. We use a proprietary QA scorecard for each placement, reviewed monthly.
